
What is the FSA?
The Fundraising Student Association is comprised of students currently working towards a Master of Fundraising and Grantmaking through New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Working closely with the Heyman Center of Philanthropy, the FSA is the bridge between current students and the philanthropic world as a whole.
Mission
The Fundraising Student Association aims to enhance the experience of students in New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies Fundraising Master’s Program by providing activities and forums for students to develop connections between fellow students, faculty, and practitioners in the field of Philanthropy/Fundraising, and by representing the students and their interests to the administration, faculty, and staff of the program, New York University and the public community. Through such interaction FSA members will be at the forefront of researching, understanding and practicing the industry.
